When I bought my first property, I bought it with zero knowledge and full of emotions which resulted in: a roof full of leaks without me knowing it, renovations without it complying with national building regulations, damp issues resulting in the new paint job being a waste of money and after the first summer storm the insurance not wanting to pay out my claim due to poor workmanship.

With an accredited home inspector qualification from SAHITA, association from NABISA, and over 10+ years of property and engineering experience, we provide clarity and knowledge to help you make an informed decision. Regardless of your role in the property sphere, you need accurate and factual information to make an informed decision. Our inspection methods and reports were created specifically for that reason.

Apart from the inspection services, we are active property investors and a property coach. We assist people in buying property, whether first-time home buyers or those who want to start investing in property. We take them through a detailed course and consult them through each step.
